In this tutorial we're going to show you how to create advanced Flash animation controls. This tutorial was created in Xara Designer Pro, but applies equally to Photo & Graphic Designer and Web Designer Premium V7.  The Flash animation capabilities of Xara Designer are designed to be as simple as possible - indeed, we believe that Xara Designer offers an easier method of creating custom Flash animations than any other graphics software. Xara Designer Flash capabilities do not offer advanced features such as scripting or embedded movies or sound, but it's ideal if you want to create quick and simple Flash animations like the vast majority of Flash banner ads that you see on the web. Xara Designer doesn’t offer these advanced features, nevertheless you can control the flow of the animation in surprisingly flexible ways. For example in this tutorial we’re going to show you how to control the order of key frames with the GoTo command, and also how you can jump to a completely different animation sequence when a viewer clicks on object in the animation. As you can see you can click on the 1 or 2 to initiate a different animation. You’ll find the xar file for the flash animation here.
